The booked time includes setup and breakdown. Please arrive at least 15 minutes ahead as the session starts at the booked time, and not upon entering the Studio.

Do not touch or damage the magic mirror. Any damage incurs a $5000 charge. We are not responsible for damages caused by the mirror.

If you must cancel or reschedule your session, please do so at least 48 hours before your appointment not to be charged.

For cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of your booked session or no-show, you will be charged a 100% of the session price.

By booking, you agree to the charges above and authorize MirrorMe Studio to charge the card on file according to this policy. All times are measured in Pacific Time.

A minimum of 40% good shots is guaranteed. Press the shutter button every 5 seconds for better results.

No more than 4 people in the studio. Notify in advance for additional individuals.

Follow safety guidelines provided. Avoid unplugging power cords. Violations may incur penalties.

Maintain professional and respectful behavior. Inappropriate conduct may result in session termination without a refund.

Treat backdrops with care. Damage will incur additional charges.

No alcohol or smoking in the studio. A $500 fine will be charged.

We love pets too! But please notify us in advance; bring all necessary supplies; and clean up after your pet. You are responsible for your pet's behavior and safety – any damage caused by your pet is your responsibility. All pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier. MirrorMe reserves the right to refuse service to pets.

Please take everything with you.We are not responsible for belongings left in the studio.

Please clean and vacate the Studio by the end of your rental period. A $100 cleaning fee will be charged for excessive mess.

The responsible party will be held liable for any damage to studio equipment or facilities.
